This pricing is ideal for those one-off projects (i.e., PowerPoint presentation creation, mail merges, data entry, report creation, excel spreadsheets, business cards, simple graphics, etc.  - see below)​ or those who are not sure of hours or service needed.  A flat rate will be charged.

Weekly Services (Paid weekly at $25-30/hr)

This pricing reflects in-office administrative support on an as needed basis.  Hourly pricing depended upon services requested.

STARTER - $1,000 (Paid monthly; 15 hours per month)

This pricing is perfect for the busy professional who needs a part-time assistant or extra support for projects.

Level Up - $2,000  (Paid monthly; 35 hours per month)

For the busy professional who needs coordination of projects and services at a higher level.  

Top Shelf - $3,000 (Paid monthly; 55 hours per month)

For super busy professionals who need high level service and priority turnaround.


Resumes - $30 flat rate

Mail Merge - $25-$30/hr

Report creation/data entry - $25-$30/hr

PowerPoint Presentations - $50/hr for simple presentations; $80/hr for advanced presentations

Event coordination - 15% of cost of event

Meeting coordination (including virtual - Zoom, Blue Jeans, etc) - $25 - $30/hr
